The No-Trade Zone: why nothing happening is deliberate
Read the quiet band before assuming a pool should trade on every price move.
What this is
The No-Trade Zone is the price band between the Buy Price and Sell Price. While price stays inside that band, the pool holds rather than trading.
The No-Trade Zone is the quiet middle where the pool waits.

What the quiet band can do
At the Sell Price, the pool sells Fund. At the Buy Price, it buys Fund. The No-Trade Zone does not mean the pool trades on every move or that a trade will create a favourable outcome.
At the high edge the pool sells Fund. At the low edge it buys Fund. In the middle it waits.

How to check the band
Read the Buy Price and Sell Price on the pool information, then compare them with the band shown on its chart. Check the published documentation when a label or screen changes rather than inferring the rule from a single price move.
Check the Buy and Sell labels and the chart. Read the current documentation when a screen changes.

The No-Trade Zone
A short look at the No-Trade Zone: the price band where an LPX pool holds instead of trading, and what happens at the top and bottom edges.
The pool waits while the price is in the middle. It sells near the top edge and buys near the bottom edge.
