Manager overview
Course boundaries before course machinery.
Completion is not certification, endorsement, or permission to speak for PlusX.
What this overview is for
The course explains what it is and what it is not. It does not judge you or a pool. A course is learning. It is not approval.
A course is learning. It is not approval.
Workload and limits
The plan has an opening, a word list, four lessons, questions, scenarios, a final check and a reflection. Accounts and saved work come later.
The course has parts. This phase does not build the account.
Completion contract
Completion means all of the following, attempt-based, with no minimum score, untimed, open-book, unlimited retakes and self-scored:
- Orientation read and acknowledgement completed privately.
- Glossary read, and its quiz attempted and reviewed.
- Every module opened; every mini-check and end-of-lesson check attempted.
- Four scenario responses saved, plus the final check and final reflection.
“You completed the Manager OS course material.”
It does not produce a certificate, badge, public roster, pool marker, endorsement or permission to speak for PlusX.
“You ran a course. That is the whole claim you should ever make about it.”
A separate human process
Room entry is a separate human choice. The course does not invite or approve anyone.
Finishing a course does not open a room.
